I am sitting down with Lauren Beane, TEDx Speaker, Keynote Speaker, and Coach helping people reach their goals. Lauren’s connection to small businesses is personal, as she launched her public speaking business, Ready Enough Co., in March 2020. She was tired of pushing her dreams to the back burner out of fear that they’d end in failure. But she took a leap of faith, and three months later, she officially launched her business, sharing her stories of successes, failures, and everything in between to show her audience that failure is just one necessary step to achieving your dreams. Lauren has spoken for several notable organizations, including TEDX, the Foundation for Women’s Leadership & Empowerment, the American Marketing Association, and Kiwanis International. Now, she is on a mission to inspire others that any dream is possible.
