Hey y’all! Welcome to The Conversation Series Podcast. I have always loved to learn no matter what the topic may be and ever since I graduated I have wanted to continue my education and learn from other people. The Conversation Series Podcast is a podcast getting to talk to some incredible people in different industries, with different experiences that I want to learn from and share stories that other people can learn from as well.
I am sitting down with Danielle Wallington, Founder of FLOCKHERE and The Kindred Community. Danielle is a community builder and tech founder sharing her journey, highs, and lows of running a business while juggling work, life, and kids. Danielle created The Kindred Community in 2018 as a non “networky” network for female founders and freelancers, that helps you to build your business no matter what stage you are at. They offer co-working meet-ups, quarterly accountability groups, monthly workshops, a library of over 50 online training courses, brainstorming events, and a community of founders and mentors.
Currently, Danielle is just a few weeks away from launching, FLOCKHERE, an exciting new app that allows women who Work From Home to book local work-friendly venues to get stuff done and make connections. She set up this second business in 2022 after successfully raising £21k via Crowdfunder and now she is helping other founders with their community-focused campaigns.
We are diving into her career and the creation stories behind The Kindred Community and FLOCKHERE, what started her journey in community building and why community is so important to her, how she is helping other female founders, and more. Join us as we get to know Danielle and her story!
Y’all, please go follow Danielle and follow along on her journey and all the amazing work she is doing. As always, thank y’all for stopping by and reading, watching, and listening. I will see y’all back here next time.
