Raleigh Spotlight: Vivo Ristorante

I have lived in Raleigh, NC, my entire life and there are still places and things that I have never done in my own city. That’s about to change. I am creating a series on here called Raleigh Spotlight that is going to showcase restaurants, bars, events, stores and shops, parks, activities, and more amazing things in Raleigh. For this round of Raleigh Spotlight, we are headed to Vivo Ristorante!

Vivo Ristorante Pizzeria is family owned and dishes out authentic and traditional Italian dishes using nothing but the finest and freshest ingredients available. Freshness matters to them and they have the Italian passion and knowledge to combine the flavor into a palette that always leaves an impression on our guests who dine with us. They use the highest grade of product possible such as Prosciutto di Parma and fresh Clams. They even make their own fresh mozzarella and bake their own breads. If you sit at the bar, you can even watch them make it yourself.

All of their salad greens are organic, and their artisan pizzas use Italian tomatoes, 100% Olive Oil, fresh basil and the best cheese money can buy. When I say fresh, I truly mean FRESH! Every time I go to Vivo I get something different just to fully try everything. I have had the Spaghetti and Meatballs, Linguini Clam Sauce, Meatball Sandwich, and more. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking to try something new, Vivo Ristorante Pizzeria has the traditional Italian fare right here in Raleigh.

If any of you live in Raleigh, NC, and have some places that you think should be showcased in the Raleigh Spotlight series, please comment them down below or DM me on any of my social media. AND if you go to Vivo Ristorante yourself, I want to hear how your experience was and what food you got. As always, thank y’all for stopping by and reading. I will see y’all back here next time.
