I have lived in Raleigh, NC, my entire life and there are still places and things that I have never done in my own city. That’s about to change. I am creating a series on here called Raleigh Spotlight that is going to showcase restaurants, bars, events, stores and shops, parks, activities, and more amazing things in Raleigh. For this round of Raleigh Spotlight, we are headed to Pineapple Sol!
A few months ago I got to talk to owners of Pineapple Sol, Aleena Azhar and Dahiana Vitabar, on The Conversation Series Podcast. At the time Aleena and Dahiana and not found their dream first place yet but fast forward a few months to now and they have officially opened their first spot and what a spot it is! Pineapple Sol started out as a one of a kind event experience offering luxury picnics, fresh pastries, charcuterie, brunch, delicious food, high tea, custom event designs, and so much more! They combine flavor, beauty, aesthetic, catering, design, tasteful atmosphere and more to make events simply unforgettable and beyond enchanting.
Now they are still doing these one of a kind events but they have now opened this storefront and I got to go their media night to see everything they have created. They have a spot for gelato and coffee along with a full menu including brunch items. Y’all need to go check out Pineapple Sol and see everything they have worked so hard on and try their delicious foods.
