So if you talked to me or saw me this past week, you may have noticed that I was a little tired. Being by myself in the Outer Banks this past week, I decided I needed to get back into a routine like I have when I am at home. From work to workouts to meals and more. So why not do the crazy thing and do the 5am challenge, because that’s normal right? It was an enlightening challenge to do after coming out of COVID and saw how much of a rest society we have gotten used to. If any of you have done any kind of early morning routine challenge like this, I want to hear about it because this is no small challenge to do.

I’ve been considering getting up at 5 am for the week but it will definitely be a challenge. But it’s worth giving it a try. Great video!
It was definitely me stepping out of my comfort zone and I’m glad I did it and will be adding it sporadically into my routine. It was a challenge for sure!
