Favorite Workout Shoes At The Moment

If you’ve been following me for longer than a week, you probably have gathered that I have a majorrrr sneaker addiction! Not just a weakness for regular sneakers but for really great and colorful workout sneakers as well. It’s my #1 weakness when it comes to shopping. Whenever it is time to buy a new pair, I always go for extremely colorful ones. Part of the reason why I have such a weakness for sneakers is because I love to workout and have different shoes I love depending on what activity I’m doing.

Today I thought it might be helpful for y’all if I shared the workout shoes I have on regular rotation right now, and also what I wear each shoe for!

Hoka Bondi 8 |/| Brooks GTS Adrenaline |/| On Cloudmonster |/| Nike Zoom Superrep 4

Hoka Bondi 8 Running Shoe

I have 100% drank the Hoka Kool-Aid but the Bondi’s are my favorite pair! I love the oversized sneaker look so I like that I can pair these with athleisure/legging-type outfits, in addition to working out in them. They are truly like WALKING ON CLOUDS. they are so cushy and comfortable but not heavy at all! These run true to size for me but I do get the wide’s because of how my feet go out when I run.

Brooks GTS Adrenaline 23

These are my OG’s. My running essentials. The sneakers I have been running in for the last 15 years. My all-time favorites! These provide stability and cushion for this high-arch runner. I have tried out several different pairs of running sneakers but I always come back to these because they don’t hurt my feet, hips, etc.

On Cloudmonster Sneakers

I’m currently running a whole lot and I’m obsessed with these ON sneakers as alternatives to my Brooks. They are so cushy and comfortable but not heavy. They’re also supportive without feeling like TOO much support. They also feel very responsive when you run so I feel like they actually make me run faster than other running shoes do. These are great for any type of running in my opinion but I especially love them for more long-distance running.

Nike Air Zoom SuperRep 4

If I am ever doing a HIIT class at the gym or just straight-up strength training, this is definitely my shoe of choice! I don’t love these shoes for walking or running but if you are doing functional strength training, these are great. They provide stability, they’re very comfortable, and I love how they look. These run a tad small in my opinion so I suggest going up half a size.

What are some of your go-to workout shoes? Comment below and let me know! As always, thank y’all for stopping by and reading. I will see y’all back here next time.

Love, Dani
