I am always on the hunt for new book/podcasts suggestions and love to hear what people are reading. Lately, I feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day to read all the books and listen to all the podcasts I want to listen to! Between biographies, business, or fiction reads I feel like I have about 4 books going at a time right now. So today I thought I’d recap everything I’ve been reading or listening to lately for y’all!

Books
It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover
Anytime I ask for book recommendations this is probably the one I receive the most! So I decided to try it and see if it was worth the hype. It definitely held my interest throughout but I also found parts of it really hard to read (abuse, sexual stuff, etc) so it for sure wasn’t one of my favorites. Good and interesting but emotionally hard/disturbing for me.
Liking Myself Back by Jacie Duprie
I have been a follower of Jacie’s ever since I started blogging myself and have loved getting a deeper look into her life growing up and how she grew her brand. But I have also enjoyed reading about the struggles and challenges that she has grown through. Not many influencers show that side of themselves so it has really been enjoyable to read.
I Guess I Haven’t Learned That Yet by Shauna Niequist
As soon as I saw the title of this it had me hooked. Discovering New Ways of Living When the Old Ways Stop Working. That’s the theme of the book and boy do you feel every part of that sentence reading this.
Taste by Stanley Tucci
I am a massive lover of biographies and autobiographies of any kind and this one I have to say is my absolute favorite. Not only is Stanley Tucci one of my favorite people EVER but he takes you through his life while combining it with his love and passion for food. Everything you could possibly love in a book and one I can’t put down.
Find Your People by Jennie Allen
Talk about another book calling my name. Jennie Allen has poured her soul into this one all about building community in a lonely world. Jennie draws on fascinating insights from science and history, timeless biblical truth, and vulnerable stories from her own life to help you. I can’t put it down and couldn’t be a better time to read this than right now.
