I cannot name a better 4th of July week than the one that we just had. As most of y’all know, the Outer Banks is our home away from home and we are there as much as we can be. 4th of July is the ultimate time to be down at the Outer Banks and in Pirates Cove because of all of the festivities and things going on. First off, Pirates Cove does a 4th of July golf cart parade every year that is always super creative and so fun to be part of. Second, the fireworks are epic. We have the most perfect view of the Manteo firework show right from our docks and what makes it fun is that all the boats will go out and park in the bay to watch the firework show from the water.

Even though we don’t all stay in the same house, okay most of us do, there are a ton of people that are down in the Outer Banks at the same time and each night we go from house to house eating and drinking and staring at the stunning views all around us and just have an absolute blast.

We eat like kings, dance like we think we are professionals, cook like chefs, mix drinks like we are professional bartenders, and have a damn blast at our favorite place!
